How long does it take to get a reply on Email or on Instagram?
We receive lots of messages daily on Instagram @anime_devta, so we always prefer you to text us on email instead of Instagram regarding your query. We expect you to wait for 24-48 business hours (except sundays) after mailing us. The timeline gets reset on every text message you drop.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Jaipur, Rajasthan
Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

What if some product is missing or damaged in my order?
This case rarely happens, but if there is any such issue, then we always ask you to drop a mail on support@animedevta.com within 48 Hours of receiving the parcel. If the mail is dropped after 48 hours of receiving the parcel, the support team at Anime Devta will not be able to help you.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 5-7 business days(NO SATURDAY SUNDAY) for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. Shipping can be delayed due to weather conditions and festival season.
All products are delivered within the mentioned timeline, but in case of festival season or unexpected issues such as lost,damaged,destroyed shipment on the way, the orders can be delayed, for which Anime Devta will not be responsible.
Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India on prepaid orders.
Additional 99Rs are charged on cash on delivery orders.
Do you provide refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?
No, we do not accept any returns and refunds, but we can definitely help you with exchanges if there is any size issue or if by chance the product is damaged. Please read that here https://animedevta.com/pages/return-refund-policy . We only provide exchanges in clothing or if the product has been damaged.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 1-3 business days.(NO SUNDAY)

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders on email id that they have provided (Check spam too)(NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours)

How to cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order via call. (Note: Calling support is available between 10AM-5PM Monday-Saturday)
